Levonelle still lags behind ellaOne, but only ever so slightly. The success rate of this pill is 85% and you have to take it within 72 hours from unprotected sex. It is not very well known how Levonelle works, but it is believed that this medicine works much in the same way as ellaOne does.

Jogging with my friend


I am searching for a good trail running shoes for my jogging session because I am feeling that I am gaining my weight that I shouldn’t. I am very glad that my friend leave all his jogging devices to help me out even he needs to go away to fulfill his studies and pursue his carrier. Who can tell maybe we could take a walk and a little jogging some other time soon in the near future.

How many times have we told ourselves that today is the day that we are going to get in shape?
